Lakeus Disc Golf x Fuzzy Eagle

Lakeus Disc Golf ry is an active disc golf club from the plains of Ilmajoki. The club aims to develop the sport and its recreational opportunities in the South Ostrobothnia region, and to attract more enthusiasts, especially juniors and women.

Fuzzy Eagle wants to make it as easy as possible for all disc golf clubs to join.

“We had a small phone meeting and decided to take your team apparel service,” said Juho Keskinen, the driving force behind Lakeus DG.

The design of the disc golf club’s visual identity always starts with the customer’s wishes.

“The color scheme should be black/gray/maybe some yellow too, because the logo has black/gray/gradient gold and yellow. Something neat and distinctive, but simple enough without being too flashy. Send us suggestions, and we’ll surely get the best result,” Keskinen continued.

After this, the professional’s thoughts are added to the wishes. The first version of the new visual identity was sent to the club for review in less than a week.

“We could take a bit of yellow off the top. It stains from the bag straps and the collar is also a risk. Otherwise, it’s a really great execution!” Keskinen instructed for further work.

The next, final version arrived in the email just a couple of days later.

“Good job! Thumbs up all around! We are satisfied.”
