Right of withdrawal (Commercial Store for All Players)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation (Commercial Store for All Players)

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the services we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.

You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Right of withdrawal (Team Store For Disc Golf Teams)

You can cancel your order if the cancellation request is received before your garments enter production. As we strive to deliver your garments as quickly as possible, production may begin on the same day the order is placed. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible as the items are customised and cannot be resold.

If you cancel an order before production begins, we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred up to that point, including but not limited to artwork creation, material orders, restocking fees, and any other expenses related to your order.

Return policy (Team Store For Disc Golf Teams)

We take immense pride in creating your Customised Team Clothing and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with any item you receive, please contact us to discuss the issue.

As our products are custom-made and not kept in stock, we can only accept returns if there is a defect in the garment or an error in the personalisation, such as an incorrect name or number. If the error is due to incorrect information provided by you, such as spelling mistakes, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred. Please ensure all personalisation details are thoroughly checked before submitting your order. If you believe your garment is faulty and it is our fault, please contact us and return the faulty item within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are faulty due to our error.

Please note that sizes may vary between different garments. Ensure you check the sizing information for each product before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for personalised items ordered in the wrong size. You may wish to find someone within your team who can use the garment if it does not fit you.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
